Repair Ninja Forms Submission

The contact form built with Ninja Forms on my WordPress site has suddenly stopped submitting—no updates, new plugins, or theme changes preceded the issue. I need the form working again so visitors can send enquiries without errors or data loss.

Here’s what I expect:
• Diagnose why the “Send” action never completes (server-side or JavaScript conflict).
• Restore full functionality, including email notifications and database capture if enabled.
• Verify the fix on desktop and mobile and share exactly what you changed so I can keep track.

You’ll get admin and hosting access as soon as we start. I’d like this resolved promptly and tested live before sign-off.
