Register And Sign Up

I am looking for someone to create a registration and sign up functionality for my website. Specifically, I need a basic registration to be set up with a user inputting their email and a password. Additionally, users should be able to create a profile once they have signed up, so they have access to the other features of the website. It is important that all user data is protected and secure, so standard security measures should be implemented.
