Getting Members for website

I'm loooking for someone who can get members for a matrimony website. You have to approach and convince people to join website which is Free.
You will be paid based on number of Members you get for the website. You will be paid Rs.15 for each member you get for the website. The project cost is 300 and you need to get at least 20 members.
If you are quoting higher amount then you need to get that much number of members.
