Freelance IT Customer Support Agent
In this role you will:
analyze, reproduce and prioritise bugs reported by website users
report issues to developers via our ticketing system (JIRA)
track status of tickets
liaise with developers, if they have questions about your tickets
test completed developments
We have the following requirements:
fluency in English and in Hungarian
excellent problem solving skills
experience in or a solid understanding of IT debugging and testing
project management experience is a plus
