Development (Customisation) of Odoo Membership Management Module
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Module Purpose
1. Manage members on the system i.e both corporate and individual members

2. Handle renewals and upgrades for members
Actual Process-flow (Requirement Description)
1. This Module will be used to manage client's members; both corporate and
individual members.
2. Membership payment subscription only lasts one calendar year i.e., from
January to December regardless of the me of the year the user becomes a
member, once December is done, their membership has expired.
3. Membership subscription payments are not cumulative; that is to say, if a
user skips a few years without membership payment, in return they only pay
for the year they are in.
4. Members with a valid payment subscription will enjoy membership benefits
such as discounted courses’ prices, member exclusive events etc.
5. Encourage professional development by use of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points obtained through
social networking and professional development events such as seminars,
41workshops, conferences, sports galas etc. However, for professional
development events; only certified programs will generate points for the
member.
6. On Renewal of Member subscription, they will be required to have scored at
least 30 CPD points. Otherwise, they will be given 3 Months to get the
required points and if not obtained, then disciplinary ac on may be taken on
the user including deactivating their account for non-compliance to the
Membership Code of conduct.
7. Ability for a user to upgrade to a higher membership level provided they
meet the requirements to be specified by the Policy.
8. Members whose payment subscription has not been renewed will be
deactivated and not available for discounts and other member benefits
9. Errant members will be blacklisted or terminated
10. The system will have ID genera on for members
11. Certificate genera on to corporate members upon renewal
12. CPD returns and report genera on functionality
13. Members will automatically receive notification in case of any event.
14. Auto prompts and notifications for membership renewals
We intend to purchase the membership management module from WebKul to provider the foundational layer. What you would need to do is customize the module.
