Cypress Command Line Troubleshooting

I have a very small need. My Cypress E2E code, which was working previously at the command line, has stopped working. The code just hangs with no output. However, the same code works fine within the Cypress Electron browser. I need somebody to help fix the problem on my laptop to which I will provide remote access via Zoom. I will pay Rs. 1000 flat for your effort. It should take no more than a few minutes for an Cypress expert to help solve the problem, which I suspect is most likely due to a config issue.
