Automated testing with Selenium on a wordpress website.

We were thinking to use something like https://www.testim.io/ but this seems to be expensive since we want to run the testing many times after code changes. So right now we are thinking about selenium, but not sure yet.
So we are looking for a some solution that can do the following:
1. Easy to add a new testing scenario/flow (non developer should be able to add new flows)
2. Easy to understand the report (if one test failed, see why it failed, so we are aware of the bug)
Bonus
3. The test are run automatically when new git commit has been seen (github webhook?)
4. If some tests failed, send email or send a message to slack with report
What is important is that it is easy to use and easy to add a new scenario/flow
