dog pushing cart

I need a cartoon made of a mother chihuahua pushing a baby chihuahua in a shopping cart with a baby seat cover in the seat area and the baby dog sitting in that seat/cover. I'm attaching an idea..... I need to be able to make this cartoon move across my website page like they are pushing it across the screen.
