WordPress Site Ongoing Maintenance
Budget: €10 – €30 EUR
My WordPress site is hosted on Papaki and I want it to stay fast, secure and fresh. The routine I have in mind is simple: every month or when needed the core, theme and any active plugins should be brought up to the latest stable version, any glitches fixed before they become problems, and new images or text that I send you should go live quickly so the content keeps improving.
Here is how I picture the collaboration:
• software updates – WordPress core, theme and plugins checked, applied and tested.
• content improvement – light copy-editing, layout tweaks and basic SEO fine-tuning whenever new material is added.
• Photo uploads – I’ll provide folders of images; you optimise, rename if needed and place them in the right spots on the site.
If you already use typical maintenance tools such as UpdraftPlus, WP-CLI or similar, that’s a plus, but feel free to work with whatever stack you are comfortable with as long as everything stays backed up and uptime is never at risk. Let me know your usual turnaround time for small requests and any questions you might have.
