WordPress Security Cleanup Needed

My WordPress website has been hacked. It's redirecting to ad sites, and I can only access cPanel from my hosting.

I need someone to:
- Check and clean the website
- Implement some security updates

Required:
- Install free security plugins
- Change all passwords

After cleanup, I only need a basic security audit.
