WordPress Migration & Ongoing Management

I think this is a fairly simply project.
I currently have a fairly basic website hosted with GoDaddy on Wordpress.
I would like to move that to another hosting provider like bluehost and would need some assistance to make this happen.
After that, we occasionally have content we are wanting to add/update once or twice a month.
Looking for someone who would consider ongoing maintenance, where we could request a change and have them made. I have been doing this myself until now and just looking to outsource it at this point.
