WooCommerce Product Data Entry
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I have a WordPress site running WooCommerce and need an extra pair of hands to upload a batch of simple product listings. All the information—product names, short and long descriptions, prices, SKUs, categories, tags, and high-resolution images—is already organised for you in a spreadsheet with a corresponding image folder.
Your task is to bring each item to life on the site:
• Create the product in WooCommerce, choosing “Simple product” for the type.
• Copy the provided text into the correct fields, keeping basic formatting intact.
• Upload the featured image (plus gallery images if supplied) and add alt text that matches the product title.
• Assign the correct category and tags, confirm the price, and double-check the SKU for typos.
I’ll start you with a small batch to confirm accuracy and efficiency; once everything looks perfect, we’ll move on to the rest. You’ll be working directly in the WordPress dashboard, so familiarity with the WooCommerce admin interface is essential.
Attention to detail is more important than speed—I’d rather have each listing 100 % correct the first time than rush through and fix errors later. If you’re comfortable with this workflow and can begin right away, let’s talk and get you access to the site.
