Freelancer Needed: WhatsApp Automation via Interakt (Appointments, Payments, Invoices)
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to set up and automate our WhatsApp business operations using Interakt for a home-based luxury beauty services brand.

? Scope of Work:
Set up WhatsApp automation flows on Interakt

Enable appointment booking system via WhatsApp

Integrate with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe/UPI)

Automate invoice generation & delivery

Set up auto-replies, reminders, and follow-ups

Organize customer data syncing with Zoho CRM (optional)

Build simple, elegant WhatsApp catalogs for services

? Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Interakt platform (mandatory)

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API

Knowledge of payment integrations and invoice automation

Understanding of beauty/wellness or service-based booking flows is a plus

Can deliver clean, user-friendly automation flows

Available for short-term setup + support during onboarding
