The site needs continual care—design tweaks that keep the look fresh, new or revised copy when our offers change, and routine maintenance so pages load fast and stay secure. If you already work comfortably inside popular CMS platforms, you’ll feel at home here; what matters is that updates roll out smoothly and nothing breaks in the process.
Social media
Our audiences live on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Each month I need a balanced stream of promotional announcements, educational pieces and conversation-starting posts that pull people into the comments. You’ll plan the editorial calendar, create or source visuals, write captions, schedule everything, and then watch the metrics so we know what to double down on next time.
Professional email
The shared company inbox must be kept tidy, every legitimate inquiry answered within 24 hours, and routine newsletters sent without spelling errors or broken links. List hygiene, templating and simple autoresponders are part of the job.
Deliverables
• Weekly site status report outlining design, content and maintenance work
• 12–15 social posts per month (across the three platforms) plus a monthly performance summary
• Daily mailbox monitoring with a short end-of-week recap of volumes, response times and any issues spotted
