* Security updates and monitoring
* Emergency technical support when required

Emergent Dashboard Support
We already have a customer-facing dashboard in place and require:

* Ongoing maintenance
* Bug fixes
* Performance improvements
* Future feature enhancements as needed

Preferred Vendor

* Established agency or experienced development team
* Experience with business websites, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions
* Ability to provide SLA-based support and long-term engagement
