Website & Asset Management Takeover

I’m ready to move all control of my business website to a single, reliable partner in or around Pune. My current developer will hand everything over, but I need you to own the process end-to-end and keep me in the loop in plain, non-technical language.

What you’ll walk into
• Platform is still a mystery to me—it could be WordPress, Shopify, or a custom build. You’ll confirm this during the handover.
• I’m unsure whether any Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, or Ads accounts already exist. You’ll audit what’s there, claim or create the right properties, and link them properly.
• My top priority is airtight SEO and accurate analytics tracking, so those pieces must be implemented first.

Core responsibilities
1. Collect full access from the current developer—domain registrar, hosting, CMS, email, analytics, ad accounts, everything.
2. Transfer ownership to me, verify that all logins work, and document them clearly.
3. Configure GTM, GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads conversion actions so I can finally see what’s happening on the site.
4. Put a maintenance routine in place: backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, performance tweaks.
5. Handle ongoing content or design updates as needed, based on an agreed monthly plan.
6. Coach me through the basics so I can make small changes without breaking anything.

Acceptance for each milestone will be simple: if I can log in myself, see real-time GA4 data, and restore the latest backup on a staging copy, the job is done right.
