Urls not getting indexed and there are 301 redirects

The Google is not indexing the posts, the Google search console is showing that Url is on Google but has issues.

Wen I posted this on Google search console help center, I got a reply telling tat there are multiple 301 redirects and keyword stuffing.
30-40 posts are not indexed bcoz of adsense is rejecting the website telling tat there are fewer posts.
And there are few issues in the website wch must be resolved and get me adsense approval
