Startup IT Specialist for Database and Software -- 2

I'm looking for an IT specialist to help my new startup. Our immediate needs are in app , database development and management and software implementation and integration.
Key responsibilities:
- **App development, Database Development and Management**: You will be responsible for app development, setting up a database that stores customer information. This database will be critical in tracking customer interactions, logistic flow, transport data, and other relevant data.
- **Software Implementation and Integration**: We are looking to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software into our system. You will be in charge of integrating this software seamlessly into our existing processes.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience in database development and management, preferably with customer information databases.
- Experience with ERP software implementation and integration.
- Ability to understand and align with startup goals and processes.
