Squarespace E-commerce VA & Media Editor
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I'm in need of a virtual assistant who can juggle managing my Squarespace e-commerce store, modifying media, and chatting with my customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- E-commerce Management: Making sure my website is always up-to-date with the latest products, descriptions, and prices.
- Photo and Reel Editing: You'll be in charge of doing basic retouching, color correction, and video editing to ensure all visuals used in the website and social media are of top notch quality.
- Customer Service: Handling all incoming inquiries from customers and providing them with satisfactory responses to enhance our customer relations.
The ideal applicant should have a good grip on Squarespace, be a skillful photo and video editor, and have a knack for excellent customer service. Prior experience managing an e-commerce website will be a plus.
