Simple Wordpress move existing items to different menu -- 2

I need a quick, no-frills adjustment to my WordPress navigation. Items on wordpress page already exist but want to organize. Move exiting item from existing main page to existing sub-menu page. Very important to explain / document procedure so my staff can move other items in future as we reorganize menus.
