Set up my blog

I am in the process of creating blog posts against sexual offenders. The blog posts will include podcasts and videos in them. Each posts may be released weekly and every podcasts will be compiled as an e-book by the end of this journey/movement.

I need a freelancer to help set this up the best way possible. I am open to know what strategies or processes you can think of to put this out and launch this to the right people.

I have a website which we can use as a portal too.
