Secure Joomla from Redirection

My Joomla site has been hacked. It doesn't load anything (white screen or error 403) and obfuscated script seem to be redirecting to another malware site. I've attempted removing obfiscated script from index.php but issue persists. I need an experienced Joomla developer to fix this issue. Unable to determine a previous successful backup.
