Renew my Domain and upload existing content

I have a website that was on some other server. The Domain has now lapsed. I would like to renew my domain name for a period of 10 years and upload the existing content to a new server. The quote for work will NOT include the GoDaddy charge for domain name and server space. It should be ONLY for guiding me to renew the domain name (you tell me how to do it, I will make the payment to GoDaddy). The service provider will then upload my existing static webpages to the new server and get the site up and running.
