Remove Unwanted Link Sitewide

On every page of my WordPress site an extra link appears right at the very top and I simply need it gone. I’m not sure whether the culprit is a snippet left in the theme header, a rogue plugin, or something else in the settings, but the task is straightforward: locate whatever is injecting that link and remove it cleanly without affecting any other content or styling.

You’ll get temporary admin and, if necessary, FTP access so you can trace the source—theme files, widgets, functions.php, plugin output, or hard-coded HTML—and delete or disable it. I’d also like a quick note explaining where the link was hiding so I can avoid the issue in the future.
