Need a Wordpress Development for Two Sites repairations as soon as possible.

I'm looking for a qualified wordpress developper, for two websites repairations.
Both hosted at HostGator.
The first website is, www.nguentifoundation.org
a non profit, I need you to:
1/ Set up the payment gateway from SQUARE or PayPal, I haven't decided yet, but most likely to be SQUARE.
2/ Ajust the website to fit the screen on computer or phone, or tablet.
The second website is, www.mastertrustfinancial.com
a business website with malwares. The idea is to clean and restore. May be by copying and pasting to another support. I guess you know better than me how to solve this. I found out an additional page in my website, that I don't know where this is coming from. Maybe it's the origin of the malwares. This additional UNKNOWNED page needs to be destroyed.
If this is something you can do for the budget I have, please let me know and show your references. The sooner, the better. I need this, as soon as possible, before the week-end.
