Multi-Platform Social Media Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a dynamic social media producer who can effectively manage 3 channels with creative ideation, production scheduling and analysis to maximise monitisation- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and WordPress. Your responsibilities include:
- Working with an editor producing conten channelst for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter TT, and WordPress.
- Operating across text, image, and video formats, covering all content genres.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Demonstrated experience in using all these socoal media platforms.
- Proven ability in creating diverse content - whether it's text-based, image-based or video-based.
Demonstrate an ability to run a clear schedule of paid and natural free content that is visable to the team.
Your role is key in making impactful online presence, developing monitisation content ideasso and content that is relevent to the audiences.
You must possess an ability to manage, inspire lead and show the live data which will under pin your kpis. I'm looking for someone who can truly make my platforms sour, grow and i will pay a base and success payment s based on agreed milestone s.
This is not a junior position as all sites combined have 1.5 m followers, link to a new web site that we expect to become a significant local news media channel. All sites and channels will be run independently and collectively under the One Network brand.
