I run a small blog-style informational site that rarely changes, yet I’d like someone other than me to make sure it never slips offline. Picture getting paid to watch a cactus—easy, low-touch, but I still need the peace of mind.

What I need each month is simple: keep the site live, apply any essential updates, and drop me a quick note so I know everything is healthy. No content writing, SEO, or redesign work unless you want extra tasks down the road; the core focus is uptime and basic maintenance.

Deliverables each month
• Continuous uptime monitoring (free tools like UptimeRobot or similar are fine)
• Prompt action if an outage alert appears—restart, talk to the host, whatever fixes it fast
• One short maintenance window to update core software/plugins and verify pages load correctly
• End-of-month confirmation message that all checks are green

The site sits on standard shared hosting with a typical CMS (WordPress in case you’re curious), light traffic, and no fancy integrations. I’m flexible on time zones so long as issues get handled within a few hours of an alert.
