Manage My Clothing brand website

I have a eccomerce clothing store that is currently active, that generates income but i dont have the time to manage the site. Everythng is set up with manufacturers and billing etc. Just need someone to manage day to day keep up to date with trends with a real push for facebook ads and more marketing to increase profit. Which the new manager will get a percentage off.
