INSTALL ODOO WEBSITE BUILDER IN MY WINDOWS PC

I have a Domain and installed Wordpress in my PC, however, I'm struggling to find an easy Website Builder to use. I wanted to try this Odoo Website Builder but it requires lots of steps to install locally in my pc. I went through all steps and it went ok, but the last step failed.
I followed this link below. This project is, to install Odoo in my pc using this method or any other method you know of.
