HubSpot Expert Needed – CRM Setup, Automation, SEO & Website Management

This is a full-time role (not a one-off project). We are Talent Intelligence Hub (Dubai, UAE), seeking a dedicated HubSpot Expert to join us full-time and support our digital-first marketing and sales system.

Scope of Work:

Full HubSpot CRM setup & automation (Sales, Marketing & Service Hubs).

Build workflows for lead nurturing, deal stages, reminders, and reporting.

Implement HubSpot email sequences for B2B & B2C marketing.

SEO strategy & website management for talentihub.com and talentihub.ae.

Conduct SEO audit, on-page/off-page improvements, and landing page optimization.

Ensure website–HubSpot integration for lead capture.

Train our team on HubSpot and provide documentation.

Requirements:

Proven HubSpot expertise (please share past projects).

Strong SEO and website management experience.

Ability to deliver measurable results (leads, pipeline, rankings).

Excellent communication and training skills.

Deliverables:

Fully functional, automated HubSpot CRM.

Improved SEO performance and optimized websites.

Documented workflows and dashboards.

Knowledge transfer sessions with our team.
