Fix Downed WordPress Site ASAP

My WordPress site has suddenly crashed and is only showing a critical error message. I need an experienced WordPress troubleshooter who can first bring the site back online, then create a full backup (manual or via a trusted plugin such as UpdraftPlus, All-in-One WP Migration, or similar), and finally clear out several stubborn stock images and placeholder text I have never been able to remove.

A smooth, same-day recovery is the priority. Once the site is stable and safely archived, I’ll point you to the images and lorem-ipsum sections that need to disappear so the site feels clean and professional again.

Deliverables:
• Site loads normally without the current critical error
• Complete downloadable backup stored off-site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) with written steps so I can repeat it
• Unwanted pictures and placeholder language permanently deleted

Please be comfortable reading PHP error logs, deactivating plugins and themes in a staging environment if needed, and configuring automatic backups going forward. A brief note on what caused the failure and how to avoid it next time will be much appreciated.
