Senior Project Manager – WordPress / SEO / Analytics (Fulltime, CET)

We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager who will take full ownership of the ongoing development and operational management of our websites. This is a role for someone who is used to driving complex web projects forward, working with developers on a daily basis, and maintaining structure, quality and momentum — without needing constant direction.
You will manage the continuous improvement of our WordPress-based platforms and coordinate execution with our internal stakeholders and trusted external partners. Your responsibility is to translate requests into clear, final briefings that developers can implement without ambiguity. You define requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure that priorities, timelines and deliverables are always clear.
This role requires someone who is not only strong in planning, but also highly operational. You test deliverables before release, spot issues early, and resolve problems proactively. You report to management in a clear and professional way and are fully comfortable leading meetings in fluent English. If you are not confident in English at a professional level, this role will not be a fit.
A deep technical understanding of WordPress is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable discussing themes, plugins, structure, performance, updates and technical trade-offs with developers. In addition, you need hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), and a strong understanding of SEO. You do not need to execute marketing campaigns yourself, but you must understand online marketing well enough to manage specialists and make the right decisions.
We are specifically looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You are structured, proactive and decisive. You ask the right questions, you don’t avoid difficult conversations, and you take accountability for delivery. You are hands-on, solution-oriented and not afraid to experiment, learn and improve. A strong interest in AI and innovation is important, as we actively look for ways to work smarter and scale faster.
This is a fulltime role and requires availability during Central European Time (CET) working hours. We are only interested in candidates with a minimum of six years of proven experience in a similar role, including managing WordPress development and leading developers.
