Exam Simulator for education institute

I am in need of a freelancer to create an Exam Simulator for my education institute. The following are my requirements:

Exam Types: The simulator should include standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.

Question Creation: Questions need to be created specifically for the simulator as we do not have an existing database.

Student Customization: The simulator should allow for basic student customization such as selecting the type of exam.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in developing Exam Simulators or similar educational software
- Strong knowledge of exam formats and standards
- Ability to create high-quality exam questions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Understanding of user interface design and student experience optimization.
