We are Timeless Registration Services, a company based in California that helps people with DMV-related services like vehicle registration, title transfers, and insurance. We’re looking for a developer to help us build a custom system to manage our operations and communication.
Here’s what we need:
Internally used system For:
Cash Flow Management
Daily cash flow tracking
Status of payments (paid, pending, late)
Invoice generator integrated
A section that gathers clients who owe money based on payment status
WhatsApp integration to automatically send reminders for unpaid invoices
Client Management
Customer database (name, contact, vehicle info, registration dates, etc.)
CRM system to track due dates (like registration expiration)
Automatic alerts/reminders to customers via WhatsApp when expiration is near
Sales & Documentation
Sales reports: totals, types of services sold, trends, etc.
A system to track documentation we are waiting to receive from clients (with status updates)
WhatsApp integration for sending follow-up messages regarding pending docs
Integrations
WhatsApp (for automated communication)
RingCentral (for calls and SMS)
Social media or other communication platforms (optional, if possible)
