Comprehensive WordPress Blog Management
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a WordPress blog and need a single, dependable partner who can look after every moving part of the site while I focus on writing. The role spans three equally important areas: keeping content fresh, making sure the back-end never hiccups, and pushing each post to rank well in search.
Here’s what I’d like handled for me:
• Content updates – uploading new blog posts I provide, sourcing and optimising images or other media, and tweaking the page or section layout when a visual refresh is needed.
• Technical maintenance – managing core, theme and plugin updates, routine backups, security checks, page-speed tweaks, and troubleshooting anything that breaks before I even notice it.
• SEO optimisation – on-page keyword placement, meta-tagging, internal linking, basic schema where relevant, and ideas for incremental improvements that keep Google happy.
You’ll be working directly inside WordPress, so strong familiarity with its dashboard, common plugins (Yoast or Rank Math, popular caching tools, backup utilities, etc.) and best-practice workflow is essential. I’m happy to grant the right level of access; just tell me what you need.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A smoothly running site with no outstanding update or security alerts.
2. All new posts published correctly formatted, media optimised, and SEO-ready.
3. Monthly summary of tasks completed, issues found, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
If this sounds like the mix of creative and technical work you enjoy, let’s talk and set up the hand-off.
