BookStack Setup on SiteGround Hosting

We are looking for a freelancer with previous BookStack experience to install and configure BookStack as an internal company handbook and process improvement system.

IMPORTANT:
Please only apply if you have installed and configured BookStack before.

Environment

- Existing domain: airstyle-trampolinpark.de
- Existing SiteGround hosting account
- Domain currently operational
- Freelancer will be provided with the required access

Requirements

1. Create and configure:
handbook.airstyle-trampolinpark.de

2. Install and configure the latest stable version of BookStack.

3. Configure SSL/HTTPS.

4. Configure automatic backups.

5. Configure login-only access.

6. Ensure search engines do not index the site.

User Roles

Administrator

- Full system access
- User management
- Role management
- Permission management

Management

- Create and edit official handbook content
- Approve process changes

Shift Managers

- Create and edit proposal pages
- Submit improvement suggestions

Staff

- Read-only access

System Structure

The system should support:

1. Official Handbook Area
For approved procedures, policies and operational information.

2. Process Improvement / Proposals Area
For managers and shift managers to submit and develop improvement suggestions before approval.

No Content Creation Required

We will create and maintain:

- Books
- Chapters
- Pages
- Users
- Content

after handover.

Handover Requirements

Please provide:

- Fully working BookStack installation
- Administrator account
- User and role management configured
- Brief explanation of how to:
- Create users
- Assign roles
- Create books
- Create chapters
- Create pages
- Manage permissions
