Airtable & Softr App Consulting -- 2

I'm looking for some quick consulting on how to construct tables in Airtable for client records, which will be used in a Softr app.
Scenario:
A user will submit a value in a text field in form 1 which will go to airtable 1. They will then submit a value in form 2 which will go to airtable 2. When they open form 3, values specified in form 1 and 2 must be available in dropdowns for them to select from. Please see the photo
If you can know how to achieve this, ideally using Softr native forms and Airtable automations if necessary, tell me and ill immediately award the project.
