I want Speed Optimization and some edits in wordpress Website

I have two websites:

I have awarded work to some freelancer which he didin't complete. He added plugin " Digits " for login as I want otp login but as he didn't complete, I am not aware to know how it works and how about plugin updates.
It is asking payment for updating the plugin. I want your suggestions to use this plugin or not.

I want the following work to be done:

2. Change login form When posting advertisement or send message or offer to any advertisement " change login form "

3. Need third party user to post and activate listings

4. When trying to add listing on directory website: https://directory.dialabad.in/pricing-plan/

When selecting plan is not showing properly

5. Merge https://dialabad.in/ (Classified) & https://directory.dialabad.in/ (Directory) by displaying featured ads
from both sites on home pages via feeds.

6. Train how to backup / restore data and Create Admin Guide for SEO-compliant post listing
