Wordpress to CLEAN HTML+CSS Rebuild (No JS)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to rebuild my website into plain HTML + CSS with no JavaScript, while keeping simple slide transition animations, from our existing WordPress website using existing assets.

Requirements:
- Must be as close to the existing website as possible
- Access to WordPress site and a hosting area will be provided
- Design improvements or tweaks are in order, but must first be verbally confirmed before implemented

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience with website animations
- Attention to detail and design consistency

Compensation:
- $100 for the first page done in neat, clean HTML with minimal CSS
- $100 for the rest of the site
- $100 if all snags are addressed, design is clean and I am 100% happy
