WordPress Rebuild for my website

I need our current travel portal, wildvoyager.com, rebuilt from the ground up on WordPress while retaining every existing feature and piece of content. Today the site is a mix of custom PHP modules and manual data entry; the goal is to bring everything under one clean, maintainable WordPress installation that performs faster and ranks better in search.

Core scope
• Replicate all present pages—countries, destinations, itineraries, regions, tags, interests—and preserve their internal linking structure.
• Migrate the “Fixed Departure” section (including its payment-gateway integration) into WordPress so it works seamlessly with the rest of the site.
• Recreate our blog, inquiry forms, and lead-management workflow, then tie them back to WordPress dashboards for easy tracking.
• Build a robust CMS layer so my team can stop entering data directly on the front end.
• Transfer all current text, images, and metadata without loss.
• Optimise site speed and on-page SEO as part of the rebuild.

Tech preferences & timeline
– Platform: WordPress with well-supported plugins or lightweight custom code.
– Completion target: roughly four weeks from project start.
