WordPress/Kadence Developer for Website Migration

I am looking for an experienced WordPress/Kadence developer to migrate my current Divi site, rebuild it using Kadence Theme Pro + Kadence Blocks Pro, and match my new design prototype (built on lovable.dev) exactly.
The final website must achieve 90%+ Mobile Google PageSpeed and remain fully editable without any custom-coded layout.

• Full rebuild using Kadence Theme Pro & Kadence Blocks Pro (licenses provided).
• No custom HTML/CSS for layout — everything must be editable via Kadence Blocks.

2. Exact Design Match
• Reproduce the lovable.dev prototype pixel-perfect across all devices.

3. Performance Goal
• Final site must score 90+ on Mobile PageSpeed Insights (non-negotiable).

4. Booking System Integration
• Transfer the EasyTaxiOffice booking widget from the old theme.
• Move over the custom wrapper code (HTML/CSS/PHP) and ensure full functionality in Kadence.

5. SEO Migration
• Migrate all SEO data from AIOSEO → Rank Math.
• Set up required 301 redirects and preserve existing rankings.
