We are hiring an individual senior WordPress freelancer (not agency preferred) to build NRILandlords.com, a premium editorial authority platform for overseas Indian landlords.

This is a trust-first, content-heavy, long-term authority website, not a service-sales or brochure site.

The build requires:
• strong WordPress + native Gutenberg reusable block architecture
• GeneratePress Premium
• reusable templates and block systems
• Core Web Vitals awareness
• clean taxonomy and content structure
• staging → production deployment
• comfort working with SANGAU private cloud
• admin handover + publishing SOP
• 15–30 day post-launch support

This is not an Elementor-led project.
