Scope of Work
Fresh Installation: Set up a clean WordPress installation on a designated subdomain (wp.highpark94.com.co).
Theme Implementation & Design Retention: Select and customize a modern, lightweight, and secure theme that closely resembles our current corporate identity. Specific design and functional elements to retain include:
CRM Integration: Existing forms are programmed to send leads directly to our CRM. The new forms must replicate this exact programming and integration logic.
Form Placement: The primary contact form must be positioned in the exact same location as the current design.
Hero Banner: Implement a dynamic hero image section for mounting new promotions and architectural renders. The developer must provide the exact image dimensions required for our team to upload future assets.
Floating CTA: Retain the floating sidebar button so desktop visitors always have immediate access to contact options (this feature is essential for PC navigation, though less relevant for mobile views).
Mobile Optimization: Ensure the new website is fully responsive, prioritizing a flawless mobile and tablet user experience without compromising the core desktop functionalities.
Content Migration: Recreate and migrate existing content, images, and structural elements to the new template.
