WordPress Clean-up & Improvements

My site, pocase.info, feels a little rough around the edges and I want to bring it up to a tidy, minimalist standard without overhauling everything.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Switch the site to a minimalist theme (I’ll approve), keeping existing content intact.
• Refresh the color scheme so it matches that cleaner look.
• Install a basic lightbox-for-PDF plugin: a thumbnail that opens the PDF in full view, nothing fancy.
• Resize the oversized images so pages load faster yet stay sharp on desktop and mobile.
• Fix the main menu so it’s visible and consistent across all pages.
• Build a functional “Contact Us” page with a simple form that actually sends emails.
Everything is already hosted and running on WordPress; I’ll provide admin access right away. Please make the changes on a staging copy (or with a reliable backup) so the live site stays available, then push it live once we confirm everything works.
