WooCommerce Quote-Only Webstore Setup

Job ID: 40593797

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I run a WordPress site and want to add a small WooCommerce catalogue – fewer than 50 items – featuring our physical products (vending machines) and, if practical, some related services. My priority is visibility, not direct sales: the items must appear in Google Shopping results, yet visitors shouldn’t be able to check out. Instead, every “Add to Cart” action should route to a quote-request form that captures three things exactly: name and contact details, product details with quantity, and a custom message for additional requirements.

Here’s what I’m expecting:

• WooCommerce installed and configured as a catalogue only.
• A reliable quote-request or “request a quote” plugin integrated, replacing the checkout flow.
• Product data entered for the initial set of machines (I will supply images, titles, prices, and specs).
• Google Merchant Center feed created so the catalogue qualifies for the Surfaces Across Google program and shows up in Shopping listings.
• Structured data/schema adjustments to keep everything compliant with Google’s policies, even though checkout is disabled.
• Brief hand-off notes so I can add or edit products and review incoming quote emails on my own.

If you’ve connected WooCommerce catalogues to Google Shopping before – especially when no payment gateway is active – this should be straightforward. Let me know which quote plugin you prefer and any additional configuration you recommend. We previously had this and then took it down.
