I'm launching a unique women's modeling platform and need an expert website/app designer and developer to help bring this vision to life. This is a new enterprise with a blend of direct advertising and specialty content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with me using the extensive 5,000 hours of planning and research I have already invested.
- Design and develop a platform that's user-friendly for both desktop and smartphones.

Compensation:
- A total of $1,500, disbursed in three payments of $500.
- A 15% equity stake in the website's profits, formalized through a legally binding contract.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website/app design and development.
- Prior work on similar projects, particularly content-driven platforms, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for regular updates and 'meetings of the minds'.
- A strong understanding and passion for women's modeling is a plus.
