Upgrade Joomla 3 to 5 with Template Change. Keep: Content, hikashop & Yendif

I need help upgrading from latest version of Joomla 3 to Joomla 5. My site is very simple with 4 webpages. Since this is a business live site I will need to do all the work on a virtual site and be fully tested before switching live as my site cant go down while this work is taking place. Currently the joomla 3 site is on Shape5 template which will need to get changed over to Helix in Joomla 5. I also have the latest version of hikashop which will need to be 100% still working when job is completed. All of the content will need to be kept and put into new helix template in a similar way but not exact appearance isn't required. I realize some components will not transfer over and that is okay but the key 2 components I need are compatable. I use and need to keep using Hikashop and Yendif video for my youtube videos.
