Key goals and deliverables

• Maintain identical permalink structure; no redirects should be necessary when the new site goes live.
• Optimize assets and caching so image galleries load quickly on mobile and desktop.
• Deploy to the live server only after a full link audit and speed test confirm parity or improvement over the current site.

Access to the existing host and domain will be provided, along with a full export of images. A staging environment is welcome if it helps keep downtime near zero. Once migration is complete, hand over a clean WordPress backend, concise documentation on any custom code, and a shortlist of the few active plugins so maintenance remains simple.
