Shopify Store Cloning & SEO Implementation

I have several things I am looking to accomplish related to Shopify stores. The first is that I have received a number of SEO suggestions for an exisiting Shopify store and would provide a detailed list to implement these. The second is that I am looking to make a "clone" of my Shopify site for another organization which wants to sell our products under their brand name. Our store is social impact/charitable organization which offers artisan made goods and we give all funds back to support the women makers. There is another organization similar to ours which would like to offer our goods (as their own Shopify store emanating from their website) using some of our same designs and pulling from the same inventory (so more professional SKUs would need to be set up). Finally, we are needing to clone a completely separate site to sell as social impact product in the US (which is now being sold in India). We would need to clone the site, update pictures and pricing, and change fulfillment channels.
