Set up WordPress site to match steamrip.com layout

I already have a WordPress theme installed. I need someone to set it up and organize it so that it matches the layout and structure of steamrip.com exactly (homepage, category pages, single post page, etc.).

I will write and upload the articles myself. Your tasks:

Configure and arrange the theme to match Steamrip’s design and layout.

Create necessary pages and categories.

Set up the navigation menu and category structure.

Deliver the full ready-to-install package (files + database) so I can use it on my local hosting or any live site.

Provide instructions on how to publish new posts and assign them to categories.
